PREMISES




The main building of Laidi Palace Residency is a protected state cultural monument with a total area of 1,500 m², located within a 14-hectare historic park. 




The residency includes approximately 500 m² of co-creation spaces, a hall with a video screen, a fully equipped woodworking workshop, a ceramics workshop, a library, a lounge and a dining hall.









The ambisonic sound studio, established by Dirty Deal Audio, has been an integral part of the residency since its foundation, providing artists working with sound the opportunity to experiment, compose and conduct research using an immersive multichannel setup.







The second floor contains 14 bedrooms (6 ~ 6 metres each). The residency accommodates up to 45 artists in shared arrangements or 14 artists in individual rooms. A shared kitchenette is located on the second floor, and shower facilities are in the basement.
