The main building of Laidi Palace Residency is a protected state cultural monument with a total area of 1,500 m², located within a 14-hectare historic park. 




The residency includes approximately 500 m² of co-creation spaces, a hall with a video screen, a fully equipped woodworking workshop, a ceramics workshop, a library, a lounge and a dining hall.









The ambisonic  sound studio is equipped for immersive listening, composition and research in multichannel sound practices.







The second floor contains 14 bedrooms (6 ~ 6 metres each). The residency accommodates up to 45 artists in shared arrangements or 14 artists in individual rooms. A shared kitchenette is located on the second floor, and shower facilities are in the basement.
